Fall Home Decor Ideas

So its finally starting to feel like fall around here and I got a little creative with my apartment and decided to give it a little touch of warmth.  Fresh flowers are a must in my place because they inspire me, therefore I decided to decorate some flower bases.  This DIY is fairly inexpensive and very simple to do.

Things you will need:

     - Brown pasture (does anyone know what is called?) from Dollar Tree

     - Flower bases from Dollar Tree $1 each :)!

     - Artificial leafs from Michaels on sale $1.25 

     - Yarn (?) do not know how to call it. :/ 

     - Pine cones from your yard ! (mine are from grandma's house )

     - Glue gun & silicone sticks 

Its pretty self explanatory, I simply glued the leafs to the bottom of the base and repeated throughout.  

With the yarn, I glued the bottom and wrapped it around the base and glued the top. The rest of the bases I repeated the concept with different material.  Once you are done with the bases you can fill them in with whatever you like, in my case I placed pine cones and of course flowers.  You could place candles,candy, beans, etc...
