Fresh Salad


The easiest way to consume all the nutrients our body needs in one meal is a salad.  The best part? well is super duper quick to make, its healthy, you can add anything you want, anyone can make it and its fun!  

*ingredients are measured based on personal choice

Here is what I used:
  • Organic Spring Mix (baby lettuces,greens, & radicchio) got mine at FoodLion
  • 2 cut up clean and disinfected strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • Croutons
  • 1/2 tsp Light Italian dressing
  • Sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken breast cubes
How I cooked my chicken breast cubes:
  • In a pan over medium heat add 1/2 tsp coconut oil or olive oil.  Wash, cut and season chicken with sea salt and ground pepper.  Cook in pan till chicken is no longer pink.  
How to make salad:
  • So simple... In a large bowl mix all ingridients except the dressing.  Once served add dressing; this will prevent the strawberries and the croutons from softening ( I like them crunchy). 
Serve salad with cold glass of water...ENJOY! :)
