Here in North Carolina it has started to feel like fall for sure. I slept with my window open last night and it felt amazing. Not sure about you but I am ready to conquer sweater weather, cozy socks, hot chocolate, and fall decor. Although I'm ready for fall I do want to take advantage of those last summer days. And what better way to end it than with my very first collaboration!! I am beyond thankful for this opportunity and hope to continue collaborating with many more amazing brands.
To say farewell to summer I collaborated with Shabby Apple, to bring you this beautiful KAI dress from their September Skies collection. If you did not know already I love stripes (and white) specially in the summer but you will see me wearing stripes through the year. This dress fits my style perfectly and what I like about it is how it can be dressed up or down very easily. I got it in a size 4 and although it fits loose around my waist, after dinner that extra room was very much appreciated. Another thing I really like is the dress length, it is long enough to cover me but not too long where often dresses make my frame look even shorter.
I would pair this dress with nude heels but I do not own any. I did feel a little 4th of July with the red heels but the nude clutch even the look out for me. I don't often wear my natural hair but I am loving how my curls look here. I hope you enjoy this look and the photography as I have been striving to bring more quality photos to you all. Thanks for reading! muahh!

You look very pretty in this classic striped dress. I applaud you and your husband on the great photos. I tend not to wear my hair curly too but have been embracing it more recently. What part of North Carolina do you live in? I also live in NC.
